Your next career opportunity starts here. As a Senior Consulting Services Consultant, you will serve as a trusted advisor to customers implementing and optimizing Epicor Eclipse solutions. In this client-facing role, you will lead software implementations, provide strategic business process guidance, mentor junior consultants, and ensure successful project delivery from discovery through post-go-live support. 

You will work closely with customers to understand their operational goals, identify opportunities for process improvement, and configure Eclipse to align with their business requirements. Leveraging your expertise in distribution operations and Epicor Eclipse, you will help customers maximize the value of their technology investment while delivering an exceptional consulting experience. 

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Epicor Eclipse software solutions for customers across the distribution industry. 

  • Serve as a trusted advisor by analyzing customer business processes and recommending best practices that improve operational efficiency and business performance. 

  • Facilitate discovery sessions, requirements gathering workshops, solution design meetings, and business process reviews with customer stakeholders. 

  • Configure Eclipse applications to meet customer-specific business requirements while promoting standard functionality and industry best practices whenever possible. 

  • Develop implementation plans, define project milestones, and manage assigned consulting activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high customer satisfaction. 

  • Coach and mentor Professional Services Consultants by providing technical guidance, implementation best practices, and support throughout project engagements. 

  • Review project deliverables and provide feedback to promote consistency, quality, and adherence to consulting standards. 

  • Deliver end-user and administrator training through both virtual and onsite sessions, ensuring customers are confident using Eclipse solutions. 

  • Troubleshoot complex application issues, identify root causes, and recommend practical solutions that align with customer business objectives. 

What You Will Likely Bring:
  • 5+ years of hands-on Epicor Eclipse software implementation, consulting, administration, or support experience. 

  • 3+ years of consulting or professional services experience managing customer-facing software implementation projects preferred. 

  • Strong understanding of wholesale distribution business processes, including purchasing, inventory management, warehouse operations, sales order processing, pricing, and accounting. 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).

  • Ability to travel up to 60%.

  • Deep functional expertise in one or more Epicor Eclipse modules, including Inventory Management, Purchasing, Sales, Warehouse Management, Finance, or Job Management. 

  • Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-site implementation projects from planning through post-go-live support. 

  • Ability to consistently meet utilization targets while balancing customer satisfaction, quality deliverables, and project timelines. 

  • Experience mentoring consultants, providing technical leadership, and fostering professional growth within consulting teams.

Range:

Minimum: $105,000 USD Maximum: $178,000 USD

The salary range provided reflects the national average for this job title and does not represent compensation specific to Epicor Software Corporation. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and market factors relevant to the position.
