Wells Fargo Bank N.A. seeks a Senior Infrastructure Engineer in Irving, TX.
Job Role and Responsibility:
Lead or participate in managing all installed systems and infrastructure within EPL tools and technologies. Act as the EPL technical subject matter expert within the organization with clear in-depth technical understanding of all features, functionality, and industry trends. Contribute to increasing system efficiencies and lowering the human intervention time on related tasks and drive towards automations. Review and analyze moderately complex operational support systems, application software, and system management tools to ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability. Contribute to the testing of business, application and technical infrastructure requirements. Drive solutions to reduce recovery. Review and analyze solutions for cloud security, secrets management and key rotations. Design and execute complex product upgrades. Resolve troublesome trends as they develop. Develop a long range plan designed to resolve problems and prevent them from recurring. Collaborate with vendors and other technical personnel to resolve technical issues and achieve highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.

Required Qualifications:
Degree required: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related technical field.
Amount and type of experience required: Four (4) years of experience in the job offered or in a related position involving Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience.
Specific skills required:
  • 4 years of Systems Engineering and Technology Architecture experience;
  • 3 years of experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery tools such as Jenkins or UDeploy (Urbancode Deploy);
  • 3 years of experience with scanning tools such as SonarQube, Blackduck and Checkmarx;
  • 2 years of SRE experience in developing automated solutions for operational aspects in an organization;
  • 2 years of experience in application monitoring, performance management, analysis and troubleshooting skills;
  • 3 years of experience working with GitHub Actions, GitLabs, Harness, or Artifactory;
  • 2 years of experience in two or more of the following tenets: Observability, Automation, Reliability, Resiliency, Scalability, Configuration Management & Actionable, Data Driven insights;
  • 2 years of engineering and support experience on Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF);
  • 3 years of experience working with Relationship Database Management Systems (RDBMS) such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL;
  • 2 years of experience with Cloud technologies, Kubernetes, or Containers;
  • 4 years of experience installing software on Unix servers;
  • 3 years of experience with Agile, Kanban, or Lean methodology; and
  • 3 years of experience with standard industry standard performance tools and process.
