About the Opportunity  
We are seeking a senior Instructional Designer  to design, develop, and deploy engaging learning solutions for a biopharmaceutical company. This is a high-impact role requiring a savvy professional who can leverage AI tools for content creation and pivot comfortably between rapid eLearning development and multi-modal learning solution design, creating mapping and content for an AI Journey and Mindset training.
Location: Remote
Contract Type: W2 Hourly Consultant
Project Duration: 20 weeks
Project Capacity: 40 hours per week
Start Date: ASAP after the interview process and background check
SweetRush is a remote organization, and as such, all resources must be technically savvy, have access to a strong internet signal, be comfortable with virtual/instant messaging and conferencing tools, and generally be available during established working hours. W2 Hourly
$65/hour

In this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Strong practical skills in senior-level instructional design, with a portfolio showcasing your ability to create a wide range of engaging learning materials (e.g., in-person session materials, facilitator guides, digital modules, videos).
  • A creative mindset with a passion for visual design and creating polished, user-friendly, and accessible content.
  • Proficiency with modern authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Rise, Vyond) and experience with a variety of learning platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled tools to enhance the efficiency and quality of content creation while adhering to all data privacy and governance requirements.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, partnering effectively with peers and project managers.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage your own development projects, track progress, and meet deadlines.
  • Evaluate the success and metrics of learning programs.
What You Bring - Required Skills
  • Experience: Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of instructional design experience.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expert-level skills in Articulate Rise and Storyline 360.
  • AI Savvy: Practical experience with AI agents and use cases to accelerate content development (Microsoft Copilot preferred).
  • Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex or technical subjects into clear, engaging content for non-technical audiences.
  • Visual Design: A keen eye for layout, color, and brand alignment using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and multimedia tools.
Bonus Skills
  • Agile Environments: Experience working within an agile development framework.
  • Project Management: Project management experience.
