Blue Yonder WMS Ownership
- Provide functional ownership and support for the Blue Yonder WMS platform.
- Manage system configuration, testing, validation, and deployment of enhancements.
- Coordinate with software vendors and support partners to resolve incidents and implement improvements.
- Ensure system stability, performance, and adherence to service-level expectations.

Operational Support
- Serve as escalation point for WMS-related issues impacting distribution center operations.

- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues.
- Ensure business continuity plans are maintained and tested.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse productivity, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- Lead process improvement initiatives leveraging WMS capabilities.
- Support automation and digital transformation projects.
- Develop business cases and prioritize enhancement requests.
- Analyze operational metrics and recommend process improvements.
Systems Integration
- Work closely with ERP, transportation, inventory, reporting, and automation teams.
- Support data integrations between Blue Yonder and other enterprise applications.
- Validate testing for system changes and upgrades.
- Participate in major projects, new site deployments, and facility expansions.
User Enablement & Training
- Develop and maintain training materials and standard operating procedures.
- Deliver end-user training and onboarding sessions.
- Promote best practices and system adoption across the distribution center.
- Act as a change champion during process and technology transformations.
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure appropriate security roles and controls are maintained.
- Support audit activities and compliance requirements.
- Maintain system documentation, process flows, and support procedures.
- Follow IT governance, cybersecurity, and change management standards.
What You Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience supporting Warehouse Management Systems.
- 3+ years of experience working with Blue Yonder WMS, JDA WMS, or similar warehouse platforms.
- Experience supporting distribution center or warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of inventory management and fulfillment processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives.
Top Candidates Will Also Have:
- Blue Yonder WMS implementation or administration experience.
- Experience with supply chain, ERP, and transportation systems.
- Knowledge of SQL, reporting, and analytics tools.
