Cox Automotive is seeking a Sr Lead Project / Program Manager that will be responsible for leading or coordinating project / program teams from design to delivery. You will leverage knowledge, expertise and leadership skills to direct team members and to resolve issues to ensure project goals and requirements are met. This team member will plan, organize, secure and manage resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives. They will facilitate engagement of project team members and ensure all project phases are designed, executed and delivered in a manner that achieves business goals and meets customer expectations. You will also facilitate cross-functional teams, ensuring execution of defined deliverables and driving key decisions.
What You'll Do:
  • Leads and manages large, complex enterprise-level projects consisting of multiple teams and/or requiring integration with other activities outside the normal project scope.
  • Leads and oversees project initiation, risk assessment, team selection and startup, execution and post-project review.
  • Initiates and leads process improvement task forces, facilitating and encouraging improvements based on lessons learned and state-of-the-art project management techniques.
  • Drives change and continually improves the efficiency and effectiveness of the Project Management group.
  • Sought out by executives to lead or provide advice on important projects.
  • Manages multiple vendors engagements across project portfolio.

Who You Are:
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in (list any requirements of discipline here) and 8 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a
  • master's degree and 6years' experience; a Ph.D. and 3 years' experience in a related field; or 12 years' experience in a related field
  • Advanced skills in analytical thinking, budgeting, consulting, managing multiple priorities, project administration & management
  • Advanced skills in collaborating with intent, communicating with consideration, developing trust, engaging others and focusing on execution.

USD 148,400.00 - 247,400.00 per year
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary in the range of $148,400.00 - $247,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
Benefits:
The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
