The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Lead technology-sector sale transactions through every stage, working with minimal partner involvement. The position centers on preparing and negotiating transaction documents and developing direct client relationships, plus some general corporate matters when deal volume dips.

- Take sell-side technology transactions from kickoff through closing with a high degree of independence.
- Prepare and negotiate acquisition agreements, letters of intent and term sheets.
- Oversee transaction workstreams for mid-market deals.
- Pick up purchase-side matters and broader corporate and financing work when deal activity is lighter.
- Develop and manage ongoing relationships with founders and their companies.
