This is your chance to be part of Hilton's Global Search & Discoverability (GSD) team and help shape how travelers find, evaluate, and choose our brands. As the Senior Manager, AI Discoverability, you will help Hilton strengthen its presence across traditional search, AI-powered discovery, and new agentic experiences. • Partner with the Director of Global Search & Discoverability and analytics teams to evolve how we measure and tell the story of AI visibility, search performance, referrals, customer journeys, and bookings.
  • Identify ways to make AI visibility insights more accessible and applicable at scale, including dashboards, self-service capabilities, and automation.
  • Bring together content, technical, and local search expertise to shape opportunities in agentic discovery, local, and broader discoverability work, helping move ideas from initial testing toward broader adoption.

How you'll collaborate with others:

  • Partner with analytics teams, with our AI measurement partner, and the Discoverability agency of record to interpret performance, strengthen measurement, and identify opportunities across priority topics and markets.
  • Engage Product, Technology, Content, Communications, Social, Loyalty, and regional teams to shape solutions and advance shared priorities.

Deliverables you'll take ownership of:

  • An evolving AI discoverability measurement approach that connects visibility, referrals, search performance, and booking outcomes where measurement permits, supported by clear performance narratives and recommendations.
  • Recommendations and solution concepts that help Hilton scale access to AI visibility insights and prepare for agentic discovery and booking journeys.

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Measurement skills, with experience interpreting performance data and turning findings into clear outcomes and recommendations.
  • Experience in search or digital discoverability, including working knowledge of technical concepts that affect discoverability and the skill to engage Product and Engineering partners.
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics and SEO, AI visibility measurement, and digital reporting platforms.
  • Experience developing concise, accurate, executive-ready presentations and written points of view from complex or evolving information.
  • Experience influencing partners and senior team members in a matrixed organization, including the experience to constructively challenge assumptions.
  • Willing to work a hybrid schedule in Dallas, TX or McLean, VA, three days per week in office.

It would be useful if you have:

  • Experience in hospitality, travel, loyalty, or another global, multi-brand organization.
  • Familiarity with how large language models and agentic experiences are shaping travel discovery.
  • Exposure to scalable content models, structured data, or automation in digital marketing.
