Salary:
$125,000-$150,000
Position Summary

SavATree is seeking a hands-on, business-oriented Senior Manager, Business Technology Partner (ITBP) to lead and evolve the operational technology ecosystem supporting one of our fastest-growing business segments.
This role serves as the primary technology partner to the business, responsible for day-to-day oversight, standardization, and long-term evolution of a portfolio of operational platforms supporting a growing, multi-brand services environment. Today, this includes oversight of current state operational technologies, integrations, and business processes supporting various tree and lawncare services operations.
The ideal candidate is equal parts operator, problem solver, and business partner – someone comfortable rolling up their sleeves to solve issues while helping shape long-term technology direction. This individual will partner closely with business leadership to support growth, acquisitions, standardization, and the development of a scalable support model as the business continues to expand.
This is not a traditional application administrator role. We are seeking a builder – someone who can balance hands-on execution with strategic thinking and help create a scalable operating model for the future.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary technology partner to business leadership, developing a deep understanding of operational priorities, growth plans, pain points, and opportunities.
    • Own the day-to-day health, performance, and evolution of the business platform ecosystem, including operational systems, integrations, and related technologies.
    • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to troubleshoot issues, coordinate enhancements, and manage platform-related priorities.
    • Lead efforts to standardize business processes, system configurations, reporting, and operational workflows across a growing portfolio of businesses.
    • Develop repeatable playbooks and standards for onboarding newly acquired businesses into supported systems and processes.
    • Partner with IT and business leadership to define and mature a scalable shared services support model for business platforms.
    • Broker alignment between centralized IT capabilities and business-specific operational needs.
    • Support technology due diligence, onboarding, and integration planning for acquisitions.
    • Partner with business and IT leadership to evaluate long-term platform strategy and roadmap options.
    • Remain hands-on when needed to solve problems, remove blockers, and support the business in a fast-paced environment.
What Success Looks Like
  • Stable and reliable business platform operations
    • Improved consistency and standardization across brands and acquired businesses
    • Strong partnership and trust with business leadership
    • Faster and smoother onboarding of acquisitions
    • Reduced operational complexity and improved support experience
    • A scalable shared services support model balancing business needs and IT effectiveness
    • Clear recommendations and progress toward future-state platform direction
Qualifications & Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in business systems, enterprise applications, operational technology, or related technology leadership roles.
    • Experience supporting distributed or operationally intensive businesses (field service, route-based services, home services, healthcare operations, franchise, retail, or similar).
    • Demonstrated ability to serve as a business technology partner and translate operational needs into practical technology outcomes.
    • Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, data flow, and operational technologies.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and vendors.
    • Experience in growth-oriented environments, acquisitions, standardization efforts, or multi-brand operations preferred.
    • Comfortable operating in a hands-on, fast-paced environment where pragmatism and execution matter.
    • Functional familiarity with home services ERPs or similar platforms.
