Key Responsibilities
- Lead regional contracts managers and senior ICs
- Own regional contract KPIs and risk profiles
- Drive process and policy improvements
- Serve as escalation authority for complex negotiations
- Partner with regional Legal and Finance leadership
- Ensure compliance with global contracting standards
Required Skills
- Executive contract drafting and negotiation oversight
- Strong Excel fluency for performance and risk analysis
- Strategic and operational leadership capability
Experience
- 8–11 years of experience in contracts or commercial leadership
- 3+ years leading teams or managers
- Must have CRO experience
