We are a leader in supply chain software solutions, helping organizations streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.

The Senior Manager, Deal Desk - North America serves as the commercial quarterback for strategic, complex and non-standard North America transactions and helps establish the global Deal Desk operating model. The role partners with Sales from early deal strategy through signature and booking readiness to structure commercially viable transactions, drive timely decisions and ensure deals are properly approved, documented and operationally executable.

This is a hands-on player-coach role without direct reports. In addition to leading North America transactions, the Senior Manager helps establish global intake, governance, service standards and execution practices, and supports APAC transactions as required.  As the function scales, the role is expected to assume leadership of regional Deal Desk resources.

What a day in the life looks like:

  • Serve as the primary Deal Desk partner for North America Sales, leading complex and strategic transactions while advising on deal structure, pricing, commercial terms, negotiations, and financial analysis.

  • Drive cross-functional deal execution by partnering with Sales, Finance, Legal, Accounting, Tax, Product, Professional Services, Security, and Operations to resolve issues and ensure timely approvals.

  • Draft, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and readiness for booking, billing, revenue recognition, and delivery requirements.

  • Oversee contract lifecycle management, including documentation, approvals, execution, and alignment with CRM/CPQ systems and approved deal structures.

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, reporting, and automation while analyzing deal trends to enhance commercial effectiveness and scalability.

  • Provide coaching, cross-regional support, and leadership within a fast-paced global environment, including quarter-end and multi-time-zone coverage.

What you bring to the team:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • 8+ years of experience in Deal Desk, commercial finance, revenue operations, sales operations, pricing, or a related function.

  • Proven experience structuring and executing complex enterprise software, SaaS, or technology transactions.

  • Strong commercial, financial, and contractual acumen, including pricing, profitability, revenue recognition, and non-standard deal analysis.

  • Experience partnering across functions to drive deal execution, process improvements, governance, and approval workflows.

  • Proficiency with Salesforce and CPQ platforms; CLM and ERP experience is a plus.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Base salary: $144,530.00 USD. Plus bonus opportunities based on experience, performance, and market factors.
