What You'll Do:
  • Develop and execute a multi-channel digital engagement roadmap across web, mobile, chat, and social platforms.

  • Oversee vendor relationships and evaluate new technologies that support digital engagement goals.

  • Act as a cross-functional connector between product, engineering, CX, marketing, and sales ops.

  • Define and track KPIs like CSAT, NPS, containment rate, and conversion metrics to inform improvements.

  • Use insights to test, iterate, and regularly audit digital touchpoints for quality and consistency.

What We're Looking For:

As we evaluate candidates across all roles, we look for folks with a strong sense of ownership, great communication and collaboration skills, and a dedication to continuous improvement.

  • 5+ years of experience in digital customer experience, product operations, or chat platform  management, ideally in a fast-paced tech or agency setting.

  • 3+ years of experience leading sales teams.

  • Proven track record implementing and optimizing digital chat and live chat solutions at scale.

  • Strong project management and vendor oversight skills, with an ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution.

  • Analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs and using insights to drive strategy and improvements.

  • Excellent communicator with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Interview Process:
  • Recruiter Interview (30 mins): Screens for overall fit, digital leadership experience, and interest in the role; covers resume highlights, team collaboration, and compensation expectations.

  • Hiring Manager Interview (30 mins): Evaluates strategic digital expertise, cross-functional leadership, and ability to drive measurable outcomes through digital channels.
