Thank you for considering Progyny!

Progyny is looking for a Sr. Manager of Employer Growth & Lifecycle Marketing to join the Enterprise Marketing team. You’ll drive marketing strategy for Progyny’s employer audience across the buyer and client lifecycle—from commercial engagement and acquisition through implementation, adoption, and expansion.

You’ll serve as the day-to-day marketing partner to Commercial Sales, Client Success and Solutions, leading a team responsible for both strategic initiatives and responsive, high-quality support of ongoing business needs. You’ll manage the team that supports commercial and client needs, including presentations, custom collateral, and other scalable resources -- using audience insights, market trends, and performance data to improve employer marketing and help teams address recurring needs more efficiently. The role will work closely with your Enterprise Marketing partners (Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Events, the RFP team), and other cross-functional teams to create a consistent and differentiated employer experience.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage the day-to-day marketing partnership with Commercial Sales and Client Success and Solutions, setting priorities for custom requests, presentations, client and sales collateral, and other priority needs while ensuring responsive, high-quality support
  • Develop and apply a strong understanding of employer audiences, market trends, barriers, and decision drivers, to inform recommendations and collateral
  • Identify recurring Commercial and Client Success needs and develop scalable programs, tools, and processes while providing differentiated support for high-priority opportunities
  • Partner closely with Product Marketing to translate core positioning, value propositions, proof points, and go-to-market updates for employer audiences and key lifecycle moments
  • Collaborate with Digital, Events, RFP, Brand and Communications, and other Enterprise Marketing functions to execute integrated plans for priority employer audiences
  • Monitor KPIs, resource utilization, and performance data to identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness
  • Manage, coach and, develop team members supporting Commercial Activation and Client Lifecycle Marketing, setting priorities, managing workload and maintain a high standard of service

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, commercial marketing, lifecycle/customer marketing, sales enablement, or a related discipline; healthcare or employee benefits experience preferred
  • 3+ years of experience leading Commercial Marketing teams
  • Demonstrated experience developing marketing strategies for complex B2B buyer and client journeys
  • Self-starter who can create scalable processes and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience partnering with Sales and Account Management functions
  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills with experience influencing senior cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience with CRM or sales enablement systems (Salesforce, Seismic) and project management tools
