Position Description

So are we! iBusiness, located in sunny Fort Lauderdale, Florida, builds modern, data-driven technology solutions that support the evolving needs of businesses and their partners. We are seeking a Senior Manager of Enterprise Product Marketing to execute go-to-market strategy, articulate differentiated product value, and position our AI-powered solutions as industry leaders.
The Senior Manager of Enterprise Product Marketing will lead positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for enterprise technology products. This role works cross-functionally to ensure products are clearly differentiated, customer-focused, and aligned with enterprise needs.
Major Areas of Responsibility
- Define enterprise product positioning, messaging, and value propositions
- Define go-to-market strategy for new product launches and major feature releases
- Develop sales enablement tools including decks, one-pagers, case studies, and competitive materials
- Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to inform strategy
- Act as the voice of the customer to influence product direction
- Develop thought leadership and product-driven content for industry publications, trade media, and analyst briefings to reinforce market credibility and category leadership
- Partner with PR and communications teams to define narratives that showcase product innovation, customer outcomes, and industry impact
- Define and execute strategy for conference participation, including speaking submissions, panels, roundtables, and executive thought leadership opportunities
- Identify and position product and company leaders as subject-matter experts for industry events, webinars, and virtual forums
- Create supporting content for speaking engagements, including presentations, talking points, demos, and post-event amplification
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing or enterprise marketing within high-growth SaaS, fintech, or enterprise technology companies
- Fintech, Lendtech, or financial services technology experience preferred, but not essential
- Proven success launching and scaling enterprise-grade products with complex value propositions and multi-stakeholder buying processes
- Experience supporting enterprise and partner-led go-to-market motions, including longer sales cycles and account-based strategies
- Strong understanding of enterprise buyer personas, decision-making frameworks, and value-based selling
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical and AI-driven capabilities into clear, compelling customer value
- Experience collaborating closely with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing leadership
- Strong competitive intelligence, market research, and analytical skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating executive- and customer-facing materials
