  • Manage event budgets, vendors, venues, logistics, travel, production, and on-site execution.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Partner Success, Talent Acquisition, and Executive Leadership to ensure every event supports broader business objectives.
  • Define success metrics for every event, including pipeline generated, revenue influenced, partner engagement, attendance, brand awareness, social reach, and attendee satisfaction.
  • Track, analyze, and report event ROI, using data and insights to optimize future events, improve performance, and maximize return on investment.
  • Develop scalable event playbooks, templates, and processes that enable pods to execute smaller events while maintaining inKind brand standards and measurable outcomes.
What We're Looking For
  • 7+ years of experience managing corporate, marketing, experiential, or brand events.
  • A proven track record of creating innovative, high-impact events that deliver measurable business results.
  • Experience working across multiple cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience managing significant event budgets and external vendor relationships.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to measure, analyze, and communicate event ROI.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working directly with senior executives.
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity, balancing competing priorities, and turning ideas into execution.
