About the Role
Fount is Pearl’s product for independent lawyers and small law firms. It helps them find prospective clients who need legal help and gives them AI-powered tools to manage intake, follow-up, scheduling, and payments- so fewer opportunities are lost and lawyers can spend more time with their clients.
We’re building a growth marketing function for Pearl’s products for professionals. Fount is the first priority: it has real customers and real revenue, and now we need to learn how to reach more of the right lawyers consistently. You’ll build our growth playbook and help shape how Pearl brings future products to market.
As Senior Manager, Growth Marketing, you will own the growth methods and performance across initiatives, with Fount Legal as your first immediate priority. For Fount and other growth-stage products, success means bringing in qualified customers, driving revenue, and understanding which marketing efforts lead to lasting customer relationships. For earlier product experiments, you’ll attract early users, learn how they use the product, and help the team decide what to build and scale.
This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who can set strategy and personally ship the work that matters most. You’ll report to the VP overseeing Fount and our products for professionals, and partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Customer Acquisition, Analytics, Finance, Legal, and creative teams.
What You Will Own
- Growth strategy and customer intelligence. Build a current view of the market, buyer, competitive alternatives, customer economics, objections, and serviceability constraints. Co-create ICPs, positioning, messages, offers, pricing hypotheses, and channel priorities with initiative leadership.
- Two-sided demand generation. Plan and operate the channel mix across paid search and social, organic and AI-answer visibility, partnerships, webinars and events, referrals, executive/SME thought leadership, outbound support, and product-led acquisition. Concentrate spend where professional supply, lead availability, geography, and practice area can support customer value.
- Content that acquires and educates. Create and distribute credible articles, guides, customer proof, case studies, webinars, lifecycle content, and practitioner education that help independent professionals understand the problem, take action, and succeed after they buy.
- Conversion and experimentation. Own landing pages, forms, conversion paths, tests, and CRO. Define the hypothesis, audience, budget, success threshold, and scale/iterate/stop rule before launch; move quickly while preserving the evidence needed to learn from small samples.
- HubSpot architecture and automation. Build and govern the B2P acquisition lifecycle: data model, properties, segmentation, forms, enrichment, routing, scoring, nurture, reactivation, sequences, suppression, handoffs, dashboards, attribution, data quality, and change controls.
- Product marketing and Sales enablement. Turn customer evidence into category narratives, use cases, launch plans, packaging input, talk tracks, objection handling, proof, comparison assets, follow-up sequences, and campaign context that sellers actually use.
- Closed-loop growth analytics. Connect source and campaign data to qualified opportunity, confirmed first payment, repeat purchase or replenishment, and—working with Customer Success—retention and expansion. Reconcile HubSpot, product, payment, and Finance definitions before treating a metric as truth.
- A reusable growth operating system. Maintain the roadmap, campaign calendar, budget and vendor recommendations, experiment log, reporting cadence, documentation, and playbooks. Personally ship priority work, use AI and automation aggressively, and enlist specialists when that is the fastest path to a high-quality result.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience building B2B growth or demand generation programs tied to qualified pipeline and revenue.
- Advanced, hands-on HubSpot experience across marketing automation, CRM workflows, Sales handoffs, and reporting.
- The ability to work across acquisition, content, conversion, lifecycle and automation, product marketing, and Sales enablement—and to execute priority work yourself in a lean environment.
- Strong analytical and commercial judgment. You can work with incomplete data and assess whether growth is producing valuable customers, not just more leads.
- Zero-to-one operating ability: you turn ambiguity into action, ship useful work quickly, learn from evidence, recover constructively when experiments fail, and influence Sales, CS, Product, Finance, Analytics, and business leaders without relying on formal authority.
- Clear, persuasive writing and communication, plus the judgment to make technically or commercially complex ideas useful to busy professionals.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience in law, law-firm operations, or legal technology; a JD or active bar membership is welcome but not required.
- Experience with two-sided marketplaces, lead generation, or marketing to independent professionals and small businesses.
- Experience with product-led growth or micro-app portfolios and with subscription, credit, usage-, lead-, or transaction-based revenue models.
- Experience auditing and directing paid-media agencies or specialists, including Google, Meta, or LinkedIn programs and offline/downstream conversion feedback.
- Experience building a first growth function, or managing Sales/Customer Success teams.
The Impact You’ll Have
You’ll have meaningful ownership at a stage when customer insight can shape both Fount’s marketing and the product itself. You’ll work closely with the teams building and selling it, test your ideas in market, and see how your decisions affect customer and revenue outcomes.
