  • Implement A/B and multivariate tests across channels and journey stages to optimize messaging, timing, offers, and in‑app experiences.
  • Create and refine audience segments using demographic, firmographic, and behavioral data to deliver highly relevant lifecycle communications.
  • Partner with Portfolio, Sales, Sales Operations, Customer Success, Campaign, and Brand teams to align lifecycle programs with CONNECT’s strategic objectives and customer needs.

  • Create targeted onboarding and adoption campaigns that highlight new CONNECT capabilities, drive awareness, and encourage customers to explore and adopt emerging features.
  • Deliver clear reporting and insights on journey performance, engagement trends, adoption metrics, and lifecycle impact to stakeholders.
  • Share insights and progress updates with senior stakeholders to demonstrate performance against sales targets, adoption goals, and overall CONNECT engagement objectives.
