  • Identify patterns across field conversations, business performance, and stakeholder feedback to surface operational risks and opportunities
  • Translate ambiguous business challenges into clear, actionable problems and align stakeholders around solutions
  • Own operational issues through resolution, executing directly where appropriate and partnering across Revenue Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, Information Technology (IT), and Finance when broader support is required
  • Establish and manage operational rhythms, including business reviews, issue tracking, escalation processes, and field feedback mechanisms
  • Develop business cases for operational changes by evaluating business impact, validating assumptions, gathering stakeholder input, and presenting clear recommendations
  • Prioritize field requests based on business impact and enterprise priorities while escalating broader trade-offs when appropriate
  • Represent the APAC Expansion field perspective during annual planning, segmentation, coverage model changes, and policy development
  • Identify and synthesize insights from the APAC field that may have broader implications for Global Expansion programs and priorities
  • Prepare operational insights and business context for leadership reviews, translating business performance and field feedback into clear, actionable narratives
  • Proactively identify operational gaps and drive solutions before they materially impact field execution
  • Ensure relevant field insights and business context are effectively communicated to Revenue Operations and other supporting organizations

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a related business partnering role, preferably within an enterprise technology organization

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate operational complexity into clear insights and recommendations
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across multiple teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting regional or global Sales organizations within an enterprise technology or Software as a Service (SaaS) environment
  • Experience supporting expansion, growth, or customer lifecycle sales motions
  • Experience contributing to annual business planning, segmentation, territory coverage, or sales policy initiatives
  • Experience developing business cases and recommendations for senior leadership
  • Strong analytical skills with experience translating business and operational data into actionable insights
  • Experience leading high-visibility, cross-functional business operations initiatives across multiple regions or functions

The Ideal Candidate
