Our Organization, Performance & Change practice is looking for an experienced Senior Manager or Director to join the team. 

Our Organization Performance & Change (OPC) team helps clients deliver complex business and technology transformation. We work alongside leadership teams to design and implement organizational, operational, and cultural change that enables lasting business outcomes. Within Energy & Resources, we support some of the industry's most complex transformations, helping commodity and energy trading organizations modernize technology, evolve operating models, and successfully embed new ways of working.

What you will be doing
  • You will lead organizational change, business readiness, and transformation workstreams across large-scale business and technology transformation programs.
  • You will advise senior client stakeholders on change strategy, operating model design, workforce transformation, and adoption planning.
  • You will lead change initiatives supporting trading platform modernization, ETRM/CTRM implementations, digital and AI enablement, data transformation, and post-merger integration programs.
  • You will design and deliver change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communications, training, and business readiness activities that drive successful transformation outcomes.
  • You will partner with business, technology, and delivery teams to manage organizational impacts and support adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working.
  • You will establish and track adoption, readiness, and value realization measures to ensure transformation benefits are achieved.
  • You will build and maintain trusted client relationships, identify new opportunities, and contribute to business development efforts.
  • You will coach and develop consulting teams while helping shape and grow Baringa's Organization Performance & Change capability.
 Your skills and experience

Our Senior Manager position typically requires a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in consulting role (Director 10+ years), with demonstrated leadership of large-scale programs or transformation initiatives across the following key areas:

  • You will have significant consulting and/or industry experience leading large-scale business and technology transformation programs.
  • You will have deep experience delivering organizational change management, business readiness, stakeholder engagement, operating model transformation, and adoption activities.
  • You've successfully partnered with executive stakeholders to deliver complex transformation initiatives with significant organizational impact.
  • You will have experience within Energy & Resources, including commodity and energy trading organizations.
  • You've supported transformation initiatives involving trading operations, risk management, scheduling, settlements, finance, or technology functions.
  • You will have experience leading change across ETRM/CTRM implementations, digital transformation, data and analytics programs, ERP transformation, or cloud-enabled modernization initiatives.
  • You've demonstrated the ability to translate complex business and technology change into practical and sustainable outcomes for clients.
  • You will have a strong track record of developing client relationships, leading teams, and contributing to business growth.
