Develops client relationships, solves complex business problems, manages teams, supports business development, and contributes to consulting capabilities and market offerings. Requires substantial energy-sector expertise and management or strategy consulting experience.

Leads complex commodities and energy trading transformation programs, overseeing strategy, governance, PMOs, technology implementations, business process redesign, cutover, stabilization, and benefits realization. Partners with executive stakeholders across trading, risk, finance, operations, and technology; manages vendors and multidisciplinary teams; provides delivery assurance and recovery support; develops consultants; and supports business development, proposals, client growth, and thought leadership.

Advise energy and natural resources clients on corporate, growth, M&A, post-merger integration, commercial and trading strategy, finance, and risk engagements. Structure complex business problems, analyze markets and performance, develop strategic recommendations, and work with senior executives and cross-functional teams across oil and gas, power, utilities, trading, and energy infrastructure.

Paid summer consulting internship supporting commodities and energy trading engagements. Interns will help with trading business transformation, commercial and trading strategy, growth strategy, mergers and acquisitions, finance and risk, and ETRM advisory across energy markets. The role is based in Houston and requires client-site commuting, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and an interest in energy, natural resources, trading, strategy, and finance.

Lead organizational change, business readiness, and transformation workstreams for energy and technology transformation programs. Advise executives on operating models, workforce transformation, adoption, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training. Support ETRM/CTRM implementations, trading platform modernization, data and AI initiatives, ERP transformation, cloud modernization, and post-merger integration. Build client relationships, identify business opportunities, coach consulting teams, and grow the organization performance and change practice.
