Support and scale initiatives across reseller, distributor, and TSD routes to market, including value proposition development, partner onboarding, bundled offerings, and promotional activities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Sales Alignment:
Partner closely with Channel Sales leadership and Partner Managers on joint business planning, campaign prioritization, partner readiness, and pipeline visibility.

Global Marketing Coordination:
Collaborate with Global Partner Marketing, Product Marketing, and Brand teams to localize campaigns, refine value propositions, and ensure alignment with Five9’s broader marketing strategy.

Operational Excellence:
Create structure around reporting, forecasting, budgeting, campaign tracking, and marketing automation workflows to improve scalability, transparency, and performance measurement.
