What You’ll Drive
  • AI-Led Measurement: Design the "Measurement of the Future" by piloting AI-driven assessments and agentic interactions to validate seller skills and behaviors.

  • Strategic Measurement Framework: Architect and lead the implementation of a unified, global measurement strategy. You will define the North Star KPIs and success metrics that track program effectiveness and organizational impact.

  • Seller Readiness: Lead initiative to scale and improve measurement of seller readiness through agentic assessments of skills, behaviours and knowledge.

  • Accountability for Strategic Initiatives: Own strategic initiatives working across the Global Field Readiness Organization, Sales Strategy and Sales Organization

  • Strategic Communications: Translate complex data analysis and analytical insights into clear, compelling narratives and presentations suitable for senior stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: 8+ years in business or technology consulting, performance analytics, business intelligence or a related field

  • Technical Mastery: Expert-level command of data management, visualization (Tableau, Power BI), and relational databases (SQL).

  • Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to apply structured problem-solving to ambiguous, high-level business challenges.

  • Strategic Communication: Proven ability to translate complex analytical models into compelling narratives delivered for executive-level stakeholders.

  • Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to influence resources without direct reporting lines as well as manage executive stakeholder relationship with ease

  • Mindset: A strong bias for action and an intellectual curiosity that drives high-quality, precise results in a fast-paced environment.
