We serve the giving community worldwide with a comprehensive suite of solutions spanning grant management, community foundation software, and giving analytics.

Position Overview

Foundant is looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Manager of Product Marketing & Client Growth to own positioning, drive go-to-market launches, create compelling sales enablement, and promote product expansion across our growing and complex SaaS portfolio.

This role is a combination of product marketing, demand generation, and client communications – requiring a track record of success in each of those marketing functions. You'll shape core messaging, launch new features, create collateral and sales tools, and plan client campaigns that translate product priorities into revenue. This is a hands-on role that will need to have strong writing and editing skills, with experience producing impactful, benefit-driven content. This strategic position reports to the Sr. Director of Product Marketing but will partner cross-functionally with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure our initiatives align with top priorities and make a meaningful impact in the market.

Where You’ll Work:
  • As a remote-first workplace, we believe in offering flexibility and the freedom to work where it suits you best, while staying connected through technology. Our global network of talent is supported by physical office hubs and virtual collaboration, fostering a dynamic environment where innovation and growth thrive.
  • With office locations in Bozeman, MT, Toronto, Canada, and Dublin, Ireland, you'll be part of a globally connected team. Whether you're working remotely or from one of our office locations, you'll be contributing to a vibrant, collaborative culture focused on driving meaningful impact across the world.

What You’ll Do:

Product Marketing

  • Develop compelling positioning and messaging across multiple products and segments, ensuring clear differentiation in the market.
  • Partner with product teams to manage the go-to-market planning and execution for feature enhancements and new product initiatives – promoting alignment across the broader marketing, sales, and client experience teams.
  • Write and refine external product messaging from Foundant's website, third-party review platforms, and sales materials.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Client Experience to create impactful sales enablement (pitch decks, brochures, tool kits, and comparison charts) that help reps confidently communicate the value of Foundant's suite of solutions.
  • Conduct ongoing competitor analysis and translate research into sharpened messaging and enablement that helps sales win.
  • Continuously measure message and positioning performance across the funnel — from net-new positioning to expansion campaigns — and refine based on conversion and engagement metrics.

Client Growth

  • Own the client demand generation expansion strategy with key stakeholders, defining which product priorities represent the biggest revenue opportunity with existing clients.
  • Develop compelling narratives that highlight reasons why clients should upgrade, expand, or renew their Foundant Solutions.
  • Write, edit, and execute impactful communications that will create interest and increase revenue across client base.
  • Partner with Client Success and Demand Generation to activate the expansion strategy through targeted client campaigns.
  • Test expansion messaging and campaign performance, and refine based on upgrade, expansion, and renewal results.
What You’ll Need:
  • 7+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing, including significant experience in expansion, lifecycle, or demand generation marketing.
  • A track record of success owning GTM strategy and execution for a complex suite of solutions, from internal enablement through external launch.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with experience producing compelling, benefit-driven messaging.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional partnership with product, sales, client success, and the broader marketing team.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once, while staying focused on the high-level strategy.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, ideally within PE-backed SaaS.
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience in organizations that have successfully navigated rapid growth and multiple acquisitions.
Why You’ll Love Working at Foundant:
  • At the heart of everything we do is a commitment to innovation and making a positive impact. Whether you’re working on projects that empower not-for-profits, community foundations, or corporations, your contributions will help drive real-world change.
  • We offer competitive salary and benefits, including tuition, and lifestyle reimbursements, and bespoke mindfulness and fitness initiatives.
  • With our Flexible PTO policy, you’ll have the freedom to manage your time in a way that supports your personal well-being and professional success.
  • We’re committed to your professional and personal development.  With our merger, you'll have the chance to collaborate across teams, giving you exposure to diverse ideas, expertise, and projects that span multiple industries.
  • As part of a larger organization, you’ll have even more opportunities to grow your career. Whether it’s exploring new roles, leadership opportunities, or shifting to a different department, we support internal mobility to help you achieve your career goals
  • You’ll enjoy autonomy and responsibility, empowering you to approach your work creatively and independently, fostering innovation and independent thought.
