  • Lead initiatives to drive the development of AI enabled Smart Apps and Smart Agents supporting commercial & specialty broking and carrier use cases
  • Establish and maintain client relationships, working to understand evolving client needs and refining product plans and roadmaps.
  • Use knowledge of P&C insurance business process to validate and shape new capabilities.
  • Leverage market insights to bring distinctive ideas and innovations that expand business opportunities.
  • Assist the sales and marketing teams in achieving their targets by providing strategic input.
  • Continuously analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Extensive years of relevant work experience in industry, with several years in a similar role
  • Proven experience in commercial retail / wholesale / reinsurance for a broker, MGA or insurer; ideally with experience in the London Insurance market
  • Experience in one or more of the following: product management, change management, operations management, business analysis
  • Proficiencies in market analysis and technology trends
  • A continuous learner who stays abreast of industry knowledge and technology advancements
