We're looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to join Procore's User Experience Platform (UXP) group. In this role, you'll lead multiple engineering teams through their managers responsible for the foundational frontend platform, design system, shared component libraries, and tool experiences that every Procore product team builds on. Your primary goal is to make UI-based development at Procore fast, consistent, and accessible at scale, delivering the platform, components, and patterns that let hundreds of engineers ship high-quality, WCAG-compliant experiences without reinventing the foundations.
As a Senior Engineering Manager, you'll partner with product management, design-systems leadership, and dozens of consuming tool teams to set technical direction and drive adoption across the org. Use your frontend platform expertise, cross-team influence, and people-leadership skills to develop your engineering managers and technical leads, evolve our micro-frontend architecture and design system, and raise the bar on accessibility and performance. This is a rare chance to shape the connective tissue of Procore's entire web experience during a pivotal modernization. Join us in building the platform the rest of the company depends on.

Champion accessibility and performance as first-class outcomes across the web experience.
Define clear goals, priorities, and operating rhythms, and communicate progress and tradeoffs to senior leadership.
Partner across engineering, product, and design to lead complex, cross-team initiatives.
What we’re looking for:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
8+ years of software engineering experience and 3+ years managing engineering teams; experience managing other managers is preferred.
Deep expertise in modern frontend development at scale (TypeScript, React), including platform, design-system, or shared-infrastructure work.
A proven ability to influence and align engineering teams you don't directly manage.
A track record of growing engineers and leaders and building inclusive, high-trust teams across multiple locations.
Strong communication skills, customer empathy, and a commitment to accessible, high-quality products.
