The team serves in an advisory capacity to Signify’s Executive Leadership Team (ELT)—partnering closely with leaders to evaluate challenges, facilitate decision-making, and execute early-stage proofs of concept.

The Senior Manager, Strategy & Innovation will play a pivotal role in translating Signify Health’s long-term vision into actionable growth strategies and rigorously vetted business cases. You will be tasked with aligning industry trends to company capabilities, building the financial architecture behind next-generation product ideas, and pressure-testing viability through data-driven methodologies.

  • Partnership & Capability Evaluation: Play a key analytical role in evaluating strategic partnerships and external capabilities, driving financial diligence and build-vs-partner framework economics.

  • Strategic Roadmap Alignment: Ensure growth initiatives seamlessly integrate into Signify Health’s corporate planning cycles and CVS Health’s long-range strategic objectives.

  • Go-To Financial Anchor: Serve as the core quantitative resource for the Innovation team, owning the end-to-end development of complex, dynamic financial models, long-range forecasts, and ROI frameworks for net-new initiatives.

  • Commercial Modeling & Market Sizing: Conduct rigorous market sizing (TAM/SAM/SOM), competitive benchmarking, and pricing sensitivity analyses to determine the financial viability of new strategic plays.

  • Business Case Underwriting: Build the financial foundation for capital allocation requests, ensuring assumptions around revenue structures, cost to serve, and implementation margins are ironclad.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership
  • Cross-Functional Mobilization: Partner closely with Product, Clinical, Operations, and Corporate Finance teams to gather modeling inputs, stress-test operational hypotheses, and align financial projections.

  • Data-Driven Storytelling: Translate highly complex financial outputs and strategic hypotheses into clean, visually compelling, and persuasive presentations for senior leadership.

  • Executive Presentation Support: Present analytical findings and financial models clearly to senior leadership, defending assumptions under scrutiny and translating numbers into strategic narratives.

Required Qualifications
  • 6+ Years of Experience in highly analytical, fast-moving environments such as corporate strategy, management consulting, corporate finance

  • Advanced Financial Modeling Skills: Advanced, expert-level proficiency in Excel with a proven track record of building complex, transparent, and dynamic financial models

  • 3+ Years of Healthcare Industry Experience: Strong foundational knowledge of the provider/payer sectors, Medicare/Medicaid populations, and the value-based care regulatory environment.

  • Strategic & Analytical Intuition: A strategic thinker who is highly comfortable with ambiguity, capable of structuring abstract problems, and dedicated to backing up hypotheses with rigorous data.

  • Strong Communication Presence: Proven ability to deliver structured presentations, distill complex financial concepts for non-financial audiences, and confidently engage with senior leaders.

  • Ability to Travel up to 20% (otherwise remote).

Preferred Qualifications
  • Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of additional relevant healthcare domains (home health, diagnostics/preventive services, pharma services, population health, or digital health tech).
