- Establish program-wide visibility and accountability through metrics, dashboards, and executive communication cadences
- Drive alignment between product strategy and engineering platform capabilities by coordinating across multiple LOB stakeholders
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical field
- At least 5 years of experience managing technical programs
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience designing and building solutions using distributed computing or service oriented architecture (SOA)
- 3+ years of experience in building distributed systems & highly available services using cloud computing services / architecture - preferably using AWS
- 3+ years experience building highly scalable products & platforms
- 3+ years of experience with Agile delivery
- 3+ years experience delivering large and complex programs - where you contribute to the business or technical vision, collaborate with large cross-functional teams, secure commitments on deliverables, and unblock teams to land business impact
- Experience in building systems & solutions within a highly regulated environment
- MBA or Master's degree or higher in a related technical field (Computer Science, Software Engineering)
