Company Overview:

One Park Financial (OPF) is a leading Financial Technology company dedicated to empowering small businesses by connecting them with a wide variety of flexible financing and funding options. Our mission is to provide entrepreneurs with the working capital they need to elevate their businesses to new heights. At OPF, we believe in working with high-performing individuals who are ready to play an integral part in our company's expansion. We know that our success hinges on our people, and we strive to enable them to do what they do best.

Why Join Us? At OPF, we foster a dynamic and inclusive company culture that emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and personal growth. Our team is composed of passionate, driven individuals who are committed to making a difference. Here's what you can expect when you join our team:

  • Innovative Environment: Work with cutting-edge technology and be part of a team that is constantly pushing the boundaries of fintech.
  • Professional Growth: We invest in our employees' growth with continuous learning opportunities, training programs, and career advancement paths.
  • Supportive Culture: Enjoy a supportive and inclusive work environment where your ideas are valued, and your contributions make a real impact.
  • Community Focus: Be part of a company that understands the importance of small and mid-sized businesses to their communities and the nation's financial health.
  • High-Performing Team: Join a team of badasses who are committed to excellence and are integral to our company's expansion and success.

About the role: We are expanding our marketing analytics function and leveling up what it can do, and this is the hands-on analytical seat on it. You will report to Analytics leadership and work alongside our data science and analytics team. Your job is the analysis: what each channel, campaign, and creative is really delivering, where businesses fall out of our funnel and why, and which spend brings us the kind of small business we can fund and grow with.

That last part is what makes this different from most marketing analyst roles. We are a lender, so a lead is not the finish line here. Your work runs through to whether that business got an offer, took it, and stayed with us, so you are measuring quality, not just volume.

We are a very AI-forward company and expect our analysts to work that way, leaning on modern AI and LLM tooling to make their analysis faster and sharper. We want high-performing people who see the whole picture and make everyone around them better.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the recurring read on paid performance across Meta, Google, TikTok, and email, down to campaign, ad set, and creative, and increasingly on cost per funded deal and return on ad spend rather than cost per lead alone.
  • Analyze the full acquisition funnel, from ad click through to funded deal. Find where we lose people, quantify what it costs, and say what should change.
  • Build the quality metrics, not just the volume ones, so we can tell a channel that sends a lot of businesses from one that sends fundable ones.
  • Design and read tests (creative, landing page, audience, geo holdouts) honestly, and be clear when a difference is a real effect versus a difference in who the channel reached.
  • Help shape and quality-check our marketing data foundation: the tagging, attribution, and data model, including reconciling spend and validating the joins between marketing activity, leads, and funded deals.
  • Build dashboards and reporting that marketing and executives genuinely run on, and present findings in plain language with a clear recommendation.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 4 to 7 years in marketing analytics, growth analytics, performance marketing, or digital media measurement.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (economics, statistics, mathematics, business or marketing analytics, computer science, or similar).
  • Strong SQL and working Python with pandas. You query the warehouse yourself and do the analysis in notebooks or scripts, not a pivot table.
  • Hands-on experience with paid digital platforms, Meta and Google Ads in particular, and practical fluency with UTM tagging and conversion tracking.
  • Web and product analytics experience (GA4 or comparable): event tracking and step-level funnel analysis.
  • Experiment literacy: you can design an A/B or geo test, read it honestly, and explain why a result might not mean what it appears to.
  • Real data-quality instinct. You reconcile before you report and flag a suspicious number rather than shipping it. Strong visualization and communication with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in lending, fintech, insurance, subscription, or another business with a long funnel and a qualification gate between the lead and the revenue (a strong plus).
  • Experience with dbt, cloud data environments (AWS), and modern AI tooling (LLMs, agents) on your own data (a plus)

Benefits
  • Local & National Health Insurance
  • Dental and Vision insurance
  • Group Medical Bridge
  • 401k with Match
  • ID Protection: 100% covered by the company
  • Life Insurance: 100% covered by the company
  • Generous PTO and holidays
