Senior Network QA Engineer responsible for network quality processes, runbook and technical documentation ownership, and supporting large-scale circuit, firewall, and routing/switching deployments. Ensure change management, identify and resolve process gaps and technical quality issues, maintain attention to detail, and provide strong written/verbal communication with a customer-focused mindset.

Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of progressive network engineering experience, including senior-level engineering or architecture responsibilities
- Experience in one or more of the following: Runbook creation, ownership, and execution; Technical documentation development; Quality assurance or quality process ownership within network environments
- Experience supporting one or more of the following: Large-scale circuit deployments (DIA, WAN, cellular, etc.); Enterprise firewall deployments; Enterprise routing and switching implementations
- Strong understanding of: Routing and switching; VLAN design; Network circuits and connectivity; Centralized network management platforms; Change management and process controls
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to identify and resolve process gaps and technical quality issues
- Strong attention to detail and customer-focused mindset
