  • Oversee the operational process and system configuration for the triage intake and assignment of complex, high-value international RFx deals to Bid Managers, ensuring stringent quality and compliance standards are met.
  • Champion and maintain the configuration of Agent-first processes and tools to drive productivity and alignment with the Agentic Enterprise framework.

  • Drive continuous improvement methodologies by capturing process exceptions and implementing innovation updates for RFx triage intake and assignment processes.
  • Ensure rigorous compliance and quality assurance for the RFx triage system, maintaining policy adherence and defined service-level agreements (e.g., 2-business-day completion requirements).
  • Manage change effectively, ensuring seamless adoption of new automation and triage processes across global stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular, high-impact presentations featuring comprehensive data analysis, dashboards, and detailed reporting to influence executive-level decisions.
  • Contribute to new market penetration and revenue growth objectives through successful delivery of automation and triage enablement projects from newly established regions.
Ability to work flexible schedules on occasion for workload coverage and handoff to follow the sun resources.
Required Skills & Experience:
