Forbes Vetted is seeking a Senior Operations Manager, eCommerce Partnerships to help lead and scale our growing affiliate and branded content business. This role will focus on high-impact execution across direct retailer and network partnerships, owning larger revenue-driving initiatives, optimizing cross-functional collaboration, and improving internal processes to support growth. This role reports into the Associate Director, Operations & Account Management.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the operational lead on key retail and network partnerships, owning the execution and optimization of high-revenue campaigns and initiatives.
  • Partner closely with Partnerships and Revenue Optimization teams to develop and execute strategies that increase affiliate revenue, drive incremental growth, and improve campaign performance.
  • Lead strategic, cross-functional projects aimed at streamlining workflows, improving operational efficiency, and scaling monetization efforts.
  • Identify and propose process improvements and automation opportunities to support continued team growth and partnership scalability.
  • Provide strategic oversight and execution support for BrandSolutions campaigns, including campaign planning, launch, tracking, and optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams - Editorial, Branded Content, Audience Development, Partnerships, and more to ensure successful and timely delivery of campaigns.
  • Analyze affiliate and campaign data to surface trends, identify new opportunities, and present actionable insights to internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Develop and manage reporting frameworks that support revenue forecasting, partner reviews, and upsell opportunities.
  • Mentor and support junior team members as needed, fostering knowledge sharing and operational excellence across the team.

The Ideal Candidate

  • 4–6 years of experience in affiliate operations, account management, digital media, partnerships, or eCommerce strategy, preferably within a publisher or media environment.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and campaigns that contribute meaningfully to revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from data and turn them into clear, actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—comfortable working cross-functionally and externally with partners.
  • Highly organized with a process-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail.
  • Experience working with affiliate platforms (CJ, Impact, Rakuten, ShareASale, Awin, etc.).
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with Looker, Salesforce, or other BI/CRM tools a plus.
  • Familiarity with Monday.com or other project management tools.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can drive work forward with minimal oversight.

The annual base salary range for this role is $80,000 - $90,000
