About the role 
 
The purpose of this role is to collaboratively transition and build Enphase’s new products in our contract manufacturing partner’s factory at Arlington, TX. This role will own and manage all aspects of NPI Manufacturing including schedule, resources, materials, manufacturing capabilities, shipment and logistics to support Enphase’s new product launch milestones. This role will be the single point of contact in the Enphase’s US manufacturing organization and will directly interface with the Global PMO organization. The successful candidates thrives in ambiguity, can communicate with different levels in the organization and is a strong/detailed oriented individual.
What you will do 
  • Located on site with a team of direct reports, Owning and driving Manufacturing Operations Business functions for US Manufacturing Operations. 
  • Finalize quarterly and monthly build plans. Review and authorize any required changes 
  • Drive material readiness through a regular review cadence, drive actions across procurement teams to ensure readiness 
  • Monitor daily factory P&L and identify and drive improvement actions where needed 
  • In depth understanding of enterprise systems and processes. Own and ensure adherence to all such processes pertaining to Manufacturing Operations. Drive improvements appropriately. 
  • Track critical KPIs pertaining to Manufacturing Operations, identify and coordinate improvements when needed. 
  • Finalize presentations for executive reviews  
Who you are and What you bring
  • Strong academic background. Master’s engineering degree is preferred.  
  • At least 12+ years of strong program management experience in NPI or sustaining operations in the manufacturing function required in electronics, semiconductor or automotive sectors in the US. 
  • Knowledge on supply chain operations, demand and capacity planning . 
  • PMP Certified will be a Strong Advantage.

The base pay range for this position is $130,000 to $183,000. This salary range may be modified in the future. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, education or training, work location, and market conditions. This position is also eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.
