The Senior Oracle Project Manager is responsible for leading medium to large Oracle projects, managing teams, performing risk management, and ensuring project profitability while maintaining client relationships and adhering to governance procedures.
As a Senior Project Manager in Inoapps' PMO department, you will be a key leader, responsible for managing high-value, transformational Oracle projects. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage medium to large Oracle projects, ensuring adherence to Inoapps' methodology and governance procedures.
- Build and lead a cohesive project team, demonstrating strong leadership and collaborative skills.
- Perform risk management, identify and mitigate potential issues, and drive innovative solutions.
- Work with functional and technical team members to define tasks, critical paths, and maintain project documentation.
- Manage client and supplier deliverables, identifying and escalating critical path and commercial impact issues.
- Create and track client Statements of Work (SoW), ensuring scope and contract terms are met.
- Own and forecast project budget, utilizing Oracle Analytics Cloud Service for accurate tracking.
- Communicate project status and progress to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring issue resolution and profitability.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, collaborating to drive successful project delivery.
- Contribute to practice development, knowledge sharing, and support growth initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Industry Project Management certification (PMP, PMI-ACP, or Prince2 preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Projects and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong numerical and communication skills, adaptable and resilient.
- Minimum 7 years of Oracle SAAS/EBS Project Management experience.
- Professional Services delivery and commercial management expertise.
- Led at least two end-to-end Oracle SAAS ERP/HCM implementation projects as a system integrator.
- Experience in managing global and multi-pillar implementations.
- Successful management of Fixed Price and Time and Materials contracts.
- Knowledge of Oracle Infrastructure technologies and testing workstreams is desirable.
- German language skills (desirable)
