ARE YOU INTERESTED IN JOINING AN INNOVATIVE LOGISTICS TECHNOLOGY COMPANY?

Loadsmart is a growth-stage technology company valued at over $1 billion (a true Tech Unicorn)!

We are a collection of industry veterans and user-centered engineers using innovative technology to fearlessly reinvent the future of freight by helping shippers, brokers, warehouses and carriers to move more with less.

With headquarters in Chicago and a globally distributed remote team, Loadsmart continues to attract top talent committed to driving meaningful change. We seek professionals who embody our core values: curiosity, clarity, results, commitment, and teamwork.

We are looking for a talented, hands-on Senior Paid Media Manager to join our team! We are seeking someone who is genuinely self-sufficient, analytically rigorous, and comfortable owning a number in front of leadership rather than directing an agency.

Loadsmart builds the software and AI that moves freight across three products with distinct buyers: Opendock (dock scheduling), ShipperGuide (our AI-native TMS), and Loadsmart AI (autonomous freight). This role owns paid acquisition across all three: strategy, execution, landing pages, tracking, reporting, and performance management, hands-on in the ad accounts every day.

Job Type: Exempt - U.S. Only

DEPARTMENT: Growth Marketing

LOCATION: Remote/ Chicago

WHAT YOU GET TO DO:

  • Build and manage account-based paid programs, target-account audiences, matched audiences, and intent signals from Salesforce, Clay, Apollo, and Qualified.

  • Write your own ad copy, headlines, and on-page content, and build and launch landing pages using Base44 and HubSpot

  • Run a continuous A/B testing program across page layout, headline, offer, and CTA, and optimize form conversion for lead quality and volume

  • Own conversion tracking and measurement end-to-end: GTM, GCLID capture, offline conversion imports, UTM governance, and Salesforce lead source integrity

  • Manage performance across the full funnel, from impressions and CTR through MQL, SQO, and pipeline, diagnosing exactly where performance is breaking down

  • Own budget pacing, forecasting, and allocation across three products and segments, holding yourself accountable to projected outcomes

  • Deliver weekly performance reports and executive-ready pipeline reviews, with clear reallocation recommendations and well-framed risks

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5–7 years of B2B SaaS performance marketing experience

  • Personally managed $500K+ in annual paid media budget, with results that beat category benchmarks

  • Deep hands-on expertise building, auditing, and optimizing campaigns independently in Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager

  • Proven experience running paid across materially different buyer segments, ideally a high-velocity motion running in parallel with a long enterprise cycle

  • Account-based paid experience — building target account audiences and running paid programs against a sales-agreed named account list

  • Fluent in building landing pages and forms in HubSpot, including native A/B testing

  • Strong measurement fundamentals: GTM, GCLID mapping, offline conversion imports, UTM governance, CRM-integrated lead source reporting

  • Salesforce fluency for pipeline and closed-won reporting

  • Strong writing skills for ad copy, landing pages, and offers, plus analytical rigor to size opportunities and design tests that reach significance
