As a Senior People Enablement Program Manager at Vanta, you will design, deliver, and scale leadership development programs that equip leaders at all levels to grow high-performing teams. You will facilitate learning experiences, create practical tools, and strengthen leadership capabilities across the organization.

The People Enablement team, one of Vanta’s newest teams, aims to equip every Vanta'n with the skills, tools, and support needed to do their best work. We drive growth across the team member lifecycle through targeted development, effective enablement systems, and scalable programs that strengthen performance and reinforce a culture of excellence. Our work spans onboarding, leadership development, AI enablement, and company-wide learning tools that help Vanta'ns succeed in a high performing environment.

The Senior People Enablement Program Manager will focus on enabling leaders across the globe to lead in alignment with Vanta’s values and competencies and to deliver strong business results.

What you’ll do as a Senior People Enablement Program Manager at Vanta:

  • Design, launch, facilitate, and continuously evolve Vanta’s manager development programs, including core curriculum, learning journeys, and cohort based experiences.

  • Build just in time learning tools such as playbooks, guides, micro learning modules, and templates that help managers navigate real, day to day leadership challenges.

  • Incorporate AI driven solutions such as AI coaching, adaptive learning, and conversational tools to scale leadership development, while supporting managers in adopting effective leadership practices for the era of AI.

  • Partner closely with GTM Enablement, EPD Enablement, and People Business Partners to align on shared leadership capabilities, program strategies, and best practices across the company.

  • Create and maintain frameworks for assessing program effectiveness, including KPIs, behavioral outcomes, feedback loops, and data driven insights.

  • Use data and learner feedback to iterate and improve leadership programs, ensuring they remain relevant, scalable, and impactful.

  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and leadership discussions that reinforce key development topics and build a strong culture of effective management.

  • Be ready to jump in and support other facets within our growing team to support a comprehensive enablement ecosystem.

How to be successful in this role:

  • 6+ years of experience in People Enablement, Learning and Development, Leadership Development, Organizational Development, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated success designing and scaling manager or leadership development programs in a high growth environment.

  • Strong understanding of adult learning theory, instructional design, and modern learning modalities.

  • Experience leveraging digital learning tools to enhance or automate learning experiences.

  • Ability to apply data and feedback to evaluate program impact and make informed improvements.

  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering across multiple functions.

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize, organize, and deliver in a fast moving environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Learning and Development, Business or related field

  • Preferred: Certifications such as Situational Leadership, Crucial Conversations, DISC, Hogan, StrengthsFinder, Prosci or related discipline

  • Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact
