  • Conduct spend, pricing, utilization, market, benchmarking, total-cost, and supplier analysis, and translate findings into clear recommendations for Procurement leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Manage assigned contract renewals and related supplier activities, engaging business owners early to assess utilization, demand, notice periods, commercial considerations, and renewal requirements.
  • Coordinate assigned renewals, amendments, order forms, extensions, notices, terminations, signatures, supplier onboarding, supplier records, requisitions, purchase orders, and related follow-up from intake through completion.
  • Maintain sourcing and contract workflows in Workday Strategic Sourcing, Ironclad, and related systems, ensuring accurate contract repositories, metadata, trackers, dashboards, reporting, and workflow status.
  • Analyze spend, usage, pricing, rates, volumes, and service levels to identify savings, cost avoidance, consolidation, and leakage-recovery opportunities; support tracking of forecasted, annualized, committed, and realized savings with Finance.
  • Support supplier negotiations, contract administration, supplier performance activities, risk reviews, escalations, and remediation in coordination with Procurement leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Identify and support process-improvement opportunities across procurement workflows, controls, templates, reporting, data quality, and automation.
  • Operate as a strong individual contributor, exercising independent judgment within defined scope and escalating higher-complexity commercial, contractual, or strategic decisions to Procurement leadership.
  • Supplier negotiations, stakeholder management, and cross-functional partnership
  • Strong project management, organization, problem-solving, and attention to detail
  • Effective verbal, written, and presentation communication
  • Partner with Finance, Legal, IT, Information Security, Privacy, HR, Marketing, Operations, and other stakeholders to complete procurement activities and resolve issues within assigned scope.

Who you are:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
