About the Role

Hungryroot is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to join our growing Product Analytics team and help shape product strategy through data. This role partners closely with Product Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to uncover insights from product, user, and business data, turning those insights into clear recommendations that influence roadmap decisions, which will contribute to Hungryroot's goals!

The ideal candidate is deeply analytical, customer-centric, and thrives in ambiguous environments. They bring strong technical expertise alongside the ability to communicate insights clearly to senior stakeholders, playing a key role in improving the end-to-end customer experience and driving meaningful business impact. Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex product and user behavior data to identify key metrics, trends, and customer pain points
  • Partner with Product to frame problems, define success metrics, and identify data-backed solutions
  • Quantify the impact and ROI of opportunities to support prioritization and roadmap decisions
  • Design and analyze experiments (A/B tests), including defining hypotheses, success metrics, and measurement plans
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into product performance and customer experience
  • Enable self-service analytics by developing trusted data models and documentation in Looker and Google Analytics
  • Deliver ad-hoc analyses and insights to support product, growth, and operational decisions
  • Communicate insights clearly through visualizations, narratives, and presentations tailored to senior stakeholders

Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of experience in Product Analytics, ideally within consumer or subscription-based businesses
  • Expert-level SQL skills and strong data modeling intuition
  • Extensive experience with Looker / LookML or similar BI tools
  • Hands-on experience analyzing user behavior using product analytics tools (Heap, Google Analytics, Amplitude, etc), including defining and validating event tracking
  • Strong foundation in experimental design and measurement best practices
  • Excellent data storytelling and communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, evolving environment
  • Excited to help shape and scale a growing Product Analytics team

Expected Pay Range:

$130,000-$150,000
