With over 2,500 employees across the globe, we grow by prioritizing transparency and knowledge sharing. Shape the future of monday.com and help it grow into an enterprise-ready powerhouse!

Do you like designing and solving for complex systems, with profound ramifications in a product used by millions of people every day? Do you play 4D chess like it's snakes and ladders? If so, we might have something for you.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Enterprise Group, where you’ll take a leading role in shaping powerful, intuitive experiences for some of our most advanced users.

You’ll work closely with product managers and engineers across Tel Aviv and London, owning end-to-end design for major features that impact large organizations around the world. This is a high-impact role for a designer who thrives on complexity, is deeply customer-focused, and knows how to deliver elegant solutions at scale.

#LI-DNI

  • You bring 7+ years of product design experience, with added points for prior SaaS or enterprise-focused experience.
  • You’ve owned large-scale features or products end-to-end, ideally in a B2B or multi-user platform.
  • You think strategically and can zoom out to see the bigger picture, but you’re also detail-obsessed when it comes time to build.
  • You love working closely with engineers and PMs, and you know how to influence product direction through design.
  • You’re experienced in working across distributed teams and can manage complex stakeholder dynamics with ease.
  • You have a portfolio that reflects deep product thinking, elegant interaction design, and a track record of real-world impact.
  • Bonus: You understand enterprise buyer/user needs—things like compliance, provisioning, access controls, or integrations with other tools.

Why monday.com?

We’re more than a work OS—we’re a team of builders, thinkers, and collaborators. At monday.com, you’ll get the autonomy to lead, the support to grow, and the opportunity to shape tools used by some of the most influential companies in the world.

We care deeply about the people behind the product—and we’re just getting started.
