monday.com is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our growing Tech & AI team under the CCO organization. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation, sharp business acumen, and a passion for driving impact through cross-functional collaboration.
You’ll lead complex, high-impact technical projects with a customer-first mindset, ensuring successful execution from ideation to adoption. This is a strategic, senior role that requires both hands-on program management skills and the ability to connect the dots between technology, product, and business outcomes.
- 6+ years of experience in leading technical programs or projects, ideally within a SaaS company or fast-paced tech environment.
- A proven track record of delivering cross-functional initiatives with both technical and business complexity.
- Strong understanding of engineering or product development processes - hands-on experience in those domains is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - able to connect effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with high attention to detail and ability to operate independently.
- A balance between strategic thinking and executional excellence.
- Experience working in matrix or global organizations - ability to navigate ambiguity and influence without authority.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) - a must.
Nice to have:
- Background in AI/Data-related initiatives.
- Experience working directly with Customer Success or support organizations.
- Familiarity with internal platform tools or customer engagement tech.
