You will be joining the Monetization Products team, which builds the tools and experiences that help game developers and publishers grow their revenue — from in-game shops and checkout flows to partner-facing self-service products. The team works at the intersection of product, engineering, and design, and moves fast to experiment, ship, and iterate.

About You

You are a Senior UX/UI Designer with strong UI and UX skills, capable of designing clear and scalable product experiences. You work at the intersection of product, business, communication design and engineering.

You actively use AI in your work and build AI-driven workflows (prompt → pipeline → automation) together with engineers. You’re comfortable working with complexity and unclear inputs.

Ideally, you are as comfortable opening Claude Code as you are opening Figma — and you see AI-assisted coding not just as a shortcut, but as a creative design tool in its own right. You understand that the best shop experiences of tomorrow will be built by designers who can both conceive and code them.

You design and prototype end-to-end user flows (from interfaces to supporting materials), and validate impact through experiments. You are hands-on: you move fast in Figma, can turn ideas into interactive demos, and you are comfortable preparing partner-facing materials — presentations, landing pages, and product explainer assets.

You don’t manage a team directly, but you own the quality of UX and the outcome of your solutions, and you naturally align business, design, and engineering around them.

Responsibilities

    AI Workflows & Vibe Coding

  • Design and prototype AI-assisted product solutions (agents/copilots, generation & automation tools) together with product and engineering.
  • Use AI coding tools (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor) to build interactive prototypes and design explorations — reaching for code as a design tool, not just Figma.
  • Build and iterate AI-driven workflows (prompt → flow → result).
  • Contribute to building reusable prompt + workflow patterns and document them when needed.
  • Work with no-/low-code tooling where possible to reduce dependency on core development.

  • Rapid UX & Visual Communication

  • Turn ideas into clear UX flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mock-ups in Figma.
  • Prepare interactive prototypes to convey product behavior, motion, and micro-interactions.
  • Create partner-facing materials: product presentations, landing pages, one-pagers, infographics, and other supporting creatives for go-to-market and integrations.

  • Discovery, Research & Experimentation

  • Contribute to discovery: interviews, JTBD, surveys, CJMs and help translate insights into product decisions.
  • Validate solutions and hypotheses through quick tests and experiments.
  • Collaborate with analytics to define success metrics and interpret experiment results.

  • Monetization UX

  • Translate monetization and growth ideas into concrete UX changes, prototypes, and experiments.

  • Bridge Business ↔ Design ↔ Tech

  • Translate business problems and partner needs into clear UX artifacts: flows, specs, clickable prototypes, and simple documentation.
  • Work closely with engineers to ensure feasibility and a smooth path from prototype to production.
  • Contribute to internal standards for AI-assisted workflows, UX quality, and visual consistency (without direct people-management).

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5–7+ years in product / UX/UI design.
  • Strong UI skills (visual clarity, hierarchy, attention to detail, able to structure and visually support partner-facing presentations, landing pages, one-pagers, and product explainers).
  • Strong UX thinking (flows, structure, consistency, edge cases).
  • Strong system thinking: ability to design connected product experiences, not just individual screens.
  • Proven AI production experience: evaluating models and tools, building prompt + workflow pipelines, and shipping automated creatives or AI-assisted flows into real use.
  • Hands-on prototyping: confident in Figma and able to build interactive prototypes in Framer / React / HTML / CSS — ideally comfortable using AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, v0, or similar) to prototype and build.
  • A genuine passion for vibe coding and AI-assisted design, even if still developing these skills — someone actively building this muscle, not just aware of it.
  • Research skills: experience contributing to discovery (interviews, JTBD, CJM), usability tests and surveys; able to synthesise insights into clear UX decisions.
  • Analytics & experiments: comfortable framing hypotheses, reading experiment/A∕B-test results, and connecting UX changes to business metrics.
  • Experience working in complex environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English — able to communicate clearly and help align stakeholders around your solutions.

Good to Have

  • Strong track record of designing and shipping D2C and F2P / in-app monetization experiences (shops, checkouts, promotions, LiveOps).
  • Experience in the gaming industry or working with game developers / publishers.
  • Familiarity with D2C shops, monetization mechanics, checkouts, or payments product design.
  • Ability to write functional front-end code (HTML/CSS/JS) or work with AI coding tools to build design prototypes independently — the kind of designer who reaches for Claude Code before Figma when exploring a new idea.
  • Deep craft in interaction design, motion, and design systems; experience contributing to or maintaining a design system.
  • Broad understanding of modern product architecture (APIs, client–server patterns, microservices, cloud).
  • Experience with no-code / low-code tools such as Webflow, Retool, Zapier, or similar.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment.
  • Familiarity with growth design principles (conversion optimisation, funnel analysis, pricing presentation).
  • Additional language skills relevant to key markets (e.g. Russian, Malay, Chinese).

Benefits:
We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees and their families through a comprehensive Benefits Program.
