About Audyence

Audyence is a high-growth B2B marketing technology company powering a two-sided marketplace that enables marketers to buy outcomes-based media from premium publishers with unprecedented control, transparency, and efficiency. Backed by industry insiders and trusted by some of the world’s largest B2B brands, our platform is reshaping how demand generation is executed at scale.

Role Overview

As Audyence's first Senior Product Designer, you'll set the design direction for our entire platform and help build it. Advertisers, publishers, and our internal teams use our tools to plan, run, and measure B2B demand-gen campaigns. You'll own that experience across the whole funnel, from audience targeting and campaign setup to reporting and optimization.

You work the way the best designers work now. You think in systems, you prototype in code with AI tools, and when a pull request is faster than a ticket, you open the PR. You'll partner directly with Product and Engineering leadership, and you'll have real ownership over how the platform looks, works, and evolves. Every decision you make will shape how customers on both sides of our marketplace decide what to do and get results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set the design vision for the platform and turn it into a roadmap with Product and Engineering.
  • Own the experience end to end, from research to shipped UI, for advertisers, publishers and our internal team.
  • Build our design system from scratch, in Figma and in code.
  • Prototype with real data in tools like Cursor, Claude Code, v0 or Figma Make, so we test ideas with customers before we spend engineering time.
  • Ship UI polish and small fixes straight to the front end when that’s faster.
  • Talk to customers often. Watch them use the product. Bring what you learn back to the team.
  • Decide how AI shows up in the product: where it helps, where a human needs to step in, and how users come to trust it.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years in product design, ideally on B2B SaaS or data-heavy products. We care more about what you’ve shipped than about the number.
  • A portfolio that shows strategic ownership, not just execution: how you shaped a product direction and what happened as a result
  • You build with AI every day. You can show us something you designed and built with AI tools, and explain which parts were yours and which were the tool’s.
  • Strong craft in Figma and design systems.
  • A track record of working directly with engineers to ship, not just handing off specs
  • Sharp written and verbal communication. You can defend a design decision in a sentence, not a slide deck
  • You’re fine being the only designer. You set your own bar, back decisions with evidence and know when good enough is enough.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

  • Deep adtech or martech domain knowledge: DSPs, SSPs, intent data, account-based marketing, programmatic advertising
  • Experience designing for two-sided or multi-sided platforms (buyers and sellers, advertisers and publishers, etc.)
  • Experience with data visualization or reporting-heavy interfaces

We truly embody our values and live it through the culture we are creating at Audyence.

  • Think Big – Dream boldly and push boundaries
  • F.I.T.F.O. (Figure It The F* Out) – Be resourceful, figure things out independently, and keep momentum moving
  • Earn Trust & Respect – Operate with integrity and transparency in every interaction
  • Take Agile Action – Move quickly with clarity and confidence. Progress over perfection
  • Be Customer Obsessed – Solve real problems for real people. Always advocate for the user
  • Take Ownership – Step up, take accountability, and deliver results
  • Be Resourceful – Do more with less. Work smart, not just hard
  • Prioritize Profitability – Build a sustainable, capital-efficient company that lasts
  • Execute with Quality – Sweat the details and build with care. Excellence is the expectation
  • Know Where You Stand – Use data to measure performance and stay grounded in reality
  • Share Knowledge with Others – We grow faster together. Make knowledge transfer part of your default behavior
  • Show Positivity and Optimism - Support colleagues through challenges. Demonstrate resilience under pressure. And celebrate the wins, big or small!.
