About QuotaPath

QuotaPath helps revenue teams take ownership of their goals through comp plan design guidance, automated commission tracking, and built-in collaboration tools. Industry-leading companies like Drata, LaunchDarkly, and Betterment trust us to simplify how they track and pay commissions.

At QuotaPath, we’re solving complex problems, growing fast, and having a lot of fun along the way. We’re building an inclusive, curious, and empathetic team that values collaboration and ownership.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape the future of sales compensation software. You’ll have a big hand in how our product looks, feels, and works — designing experiences that make a complex topic clear, approachable, and even enjoyable.

You’ll report to our lead product designer and work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers across multiple product squads. Some days you’ll be deep in discovery work, talking to customers or mapping out flows. Other days, you’ll be polishing designs in Figma, refining microinteractions, or helping evolve our design system.

This role is perfect for someone who’s hands-on, loves collaborating, and enjoys taking projects from fuzzy ideas to well-crafted shipped features.

What You’ll Do
  • Own design projects end-to-end — from research and concepting to polished, production-ready designs.
  • Partner with product and engineering to identify opportunities, define problems, and create elegant solutions.
  • Talk to users, run discovery sessions, and translate insights into thoughtful product improvements.
  • Design experiences that make complex data and workflows feel simple and intuitive.
  • Help evolve our design system and maintain consistency across the product.
  • Give and receive feedback, help raise the design bar, and contribute to team rituals and design culture.
  • Communicate your ideas clearly and bring your team along through each stage of your process.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team on website and go-to-market design projects to ensure a cohesive brand and product experience.
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in SaaS, B2B, or data-heavy products.
  • A portfolio that shows strong UX thinking, clean visual design, and solid problem-solving skills.
  • Experience designing for complex workflows or tools with data or financial components.
  • Confidence collaborating with cross-functional partners and balancing user needs with business goals.
  • Proficiency in Figma and FigJam (bonus points if you’ve contributed to a design system).
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to explain your thinking with empathy and clarity.
  • A self-starter attitude — you’re comfortable with ambiguity and like to move ideas forward.
  • Bonus: Experience in Product-Led Growth (PLG) environments or scaling design systems.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
  • Compensation: $130-$160k base salary, plus 10% bonus potential, and equity options
  • Benefits: Insurance premiums (medical, dental, vision) coverage at 90% (50% for dependents), 401(k) contribution, and flexible PTO.
  • A team that values trust, transparency, and curiosity — and knows that great ideas can come from anywhere.
  • You will see your work ship fast with autonomous design decisions coming to life quickly.
  • With our lean team, every screen, flow, and experience you design has a direct impact on users and business outcomes.
  • You’ll have a seat at the table, influencing not just pixels but product strategy.
  • It’s a chance to own a full product area end-to-end — from direct customer access in research to QA — and see the complete lifecycle.

At QuotaPath, we believe that a diverse and inclusive workplace makes us a more capable, innovative, and competitive company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, ancestry, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, citizenship, marital or family status, disability, gender identity or expression, veteran status, or any other legally protected status.
