Join a Company That Empowers You to Build the Future of Home buying

At Lennar, we believe the home buying journey should feel clear, supportive, and modern from day one.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to help create a new Lennar mobile app that supports customers from the moment they start their home buying journey through closing and beyond. This app will become the primary digital companion for our buyers, bringing together education, guidance, communication, and support in one intuitive experience.

You’ll design customer-facing experiences that help buyers navigate key moments like financing, title, insurance, closing, and warranty, while also partnering closely with Salesforce-backed systems that support internal workflows and customer communication.

This is an opportunity to design a product that people rely on during one of the biggest decisions of their lives.

What You’ll Help Build

You’ll contribute to the design of a new Lennar app that includes:

  • A guided onboarding experience for customers starting the home buying process

  • Educational flows covering mortgages, title, insurance, closing, and next steps

  • Warranty request and service tracking experiences

  • An AI-powered chatbot that helps customers ask questions and get answers quickly

  • Seamless connections between customer-facing experiences and Salesforce-powered workflows

  • Creating the delivery mechanism for a long-term relationship between our customers and Lennar, driving revenue through referrals

This role sits at the intersection of mobile app design, customer experience, and operational systems, helping ensure the app feels simple and human while working seamlessly behind the scenes.

Your Responsibilities on the Team

  • Design intuitive, customer-first mobile app experiences across iOS and Android

  • Translate complex home buying concepts into clear, approachable UI and flows

  • Design and iterate on:

    • Customer onboarding and education experiences

    • Warranty request and service workflows

    • AI chatbot interactions and conversation patterns

    • Key milestones like financing, title, insurance, and closing

  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Salesforce teams, CX, Marketing and Field Ops

  • Partner with Salesforce stakeholders to ensure app experiences align with backend workflows and data models

  • Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes

  • Apply Lennar’s design system while helping evolve it for mobile-first use cases

  • Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into iterative improvements

  • Help define how the app experience is reviewed, shared, and showcased internally

Bonus Impact Areas

  • Help shape how AI is used responsibly and effectively within the customer experience

  • Improve customer confidence and reduce friction during the home buying journey

  • Collaborate with Analytics to understand usage, drop-off points, and customer questions

  • Influence how Salesforce-driven workflows surface information to customers in clear, actionable ways

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product, UX/UI, or app design

  • Strong portfolio showcasing mobile app design and UX thinking

  • Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools

  • Experience designing customer-facing products with complex flows

  • Comfort collaborating with engineers, product managers, and Field Ops

  • Familiarity with Salesforce-supported workflows or CRM-driven products

  • Curiosity about AI tools, chatbots, or conversational design

  • Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and design systems

  • Ability to work autonomously and bring clarity to ambiguous problems

  • Confidence presenting design decisions to cross-functional stakeholders

Bonus:

  • Experience designing apps that support education, onboarding, or service requests

  • Familiarity with home buying, real estate, fintech, or customer service platforms
