About the Role:

As Senior Product Manager - Apps, you will be responsible for the apps that are reimagining the experiences for homebuyers, trades and field users in the industry. These include online personalization and buying experience for homebuyers, trade ecosystem to bid and complete work and AI app in the field to seamlessly orchestrate construction.

In this role, you’ll own the roadmap, execution, and success metrics for the apps. You’ll be both strategic and hands-on, partnering with engineering, design, and operations to deliver the most efficient way and best user experience in homebuilding.

What You’ll Do:
  • Own the strategy and execution: Develop apps capabilities that deliver a differentiated and stellar experience for homebuyers, trades and field users

  • Lead with data and user empathy: blend quantitative insights with a deep understanding of industry to shape product direction.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with Engineering, Operations, and Design to execute against an ambitious roadmap.

  • Define product: Define clear, actionable product requirements, prioritizing initiatives based on impact, effort, and long-term value creation.

  • Adopt New Technologies: Stay on top of technology trends to unlock new levels of efficiency with agentic AI running on top of our data.

What You’ll Bring:
  • 5+ years of product management experience building digital consumer-facing products.

  • A strong track record of delivering exceptional user experiences, ideally across web and mobile.

  • Deep user empathy and qualitative research instincts - you naturally seek to understand users’ goals and emotions.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to align creative, technical, and business perspectives.
