SpecterOps is searching for a Senior Product Manager to support the BloodHound Enterprise team. BloodHound Enterprise is a defensive Attack Path Management solution for Active Directory based on the enormously popular BloodHound open-source software. BloodHound Enterprise enables defenders to take prioritized, data-driven actions to eliminate millions of Attack Paths and protect organizations from cybersecurity threats such as ransomware. 

This position will focus on BloodHound Enterprise SaaS features, experience, and insights. In this role, you will work closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to support roadmap execution, customer feedback loops, and delivery of high-quality features in a cloud environment 

Salary Range: Base salary annually, commensurate with experience 

  • Senior Product Manager: $135,000 – $165,000 

Location: This position is remote, based in the U.S., with travel for events and occasional in-person company gatherings 

  • Candidate must be authorized to work and reside in the United States; we currently do not sponsor immigration visas. 

 Responsibilities 

  • Support product roadmap execution by helping translate company goals, customer needs, and team input into clear priorities and deliverables.
  • Partner with Product Managers and engineering teams to coordinate feature development, follow-ups, and release readiness.
  • Gather and synthesize customer, sales, support, and market feedback to help inform product decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist with product messaging, internal enablement materials, and go-to-market preparation alongside marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Write and maintain research documentation, product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and other supporting documentation. 

 Requirements 

  • 6 years of product management experience, or equivalent experience in product operations, business analysis, SaaS, cybersecurity, or related field.
  • Foundational understanding of cybersecurity concepts, cloud technologies, and/or SaaS products.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using data to support decision-making.
  • Ability to successfully complete a criminal background investigation.

 Nice to Haves 

  • Experience supporting enterprise SaaS or B2B product teams through full-time roles.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Entra/Azure, identity security, or adjacent cybersecurity concepts.
  • Familiarity with API standards and integration concepts.
  • Exposure to BloodHound Enterprise, BloodHound CE, or other security tooling through coursework, homelabs, internships, or prior roles.
