About This Job

You will be a key driver of revenue growth at Dutchie, responsible for optimizing the customer-facing checkout experience across all ordering channels (Hub, Ecomm, Kiosk, and Mobile App). This is a high-impact role within our Digital Shopping team, which oversees the shopping experience across all digital channels (e-commerce, mobile, and kiosk), digital payments, and loyalty solutions.

This role is incredibly exciting and has high visibility, with frequent opportunities to work directly with the C-suite of Dutchie. You will be working in the two fastest-growing areas of our business—Payments and Loyalty—creating a high demand but very high reward working environment.

  • Create a Best-in-Class Checkout Experience: Define and execute a vision for the checkout experience that is frictionless, innovative, and sets the bar for digital shopping standards.
  • Increase Checkout Conversion: Own the late-stage product experience across all channels to minimize cart abandonment and maximize purchase completion.
  • Maximize Loyalty & Rewards Value: Drive loyalty signups, clearly demonstrate the value of loyalty to users, and drive them to redeem as many rewards and loyalty points as possible.
  • Increase Payments Share of Wallet: Drive adoption of our Pay by Bank product and integrate seamless cashless payment options into every digital ordering workflow.
  • Increase Average Order Value: Leverage our personalization engine to implement cart toppers, gamified deals, and discounts within the checkout flow to boost cart size.
  • Maximize Logged-In Shopping Rate: Drive users to create accounts and log in throughout the shopping funnel to maximize the logged-in shopping rate.
What You'll Do...
  • Develop, sell, and execute a roadmap of innovative bank payment experiences across all digital ordering channels to truly revolutionize the way consumers pay for cannabis orders.
  • Maximize the value of loyalty by integrating sign-up and redemption flows directly into the checkout experience.
  • Conduct in-depth user research and analysis to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement in the checkout process.
  • Be the single-threaded owner for key performance indicators (KPIs) related to checkout conversion, payments share of wallet, average order value, and logged-in shopping rate.
  • Collaborate closely with design, engineering, marketing, and data teams to implement and iterate on checkout features and enhancements.
  • Work cross functionally with product and design teams across the Dutchie suite to optimize the in-store and online shopping experience.
  • Be the subject matter expert on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and payments to inform product strategy.
What You Bring...
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth through checkout optimization.
  • Experience with consumer shopping experiences and a track record of building and optimizing them.
  • Experience with payment processing and a deep understanding of the payment ecosystem.
  • 3+ years of experience in A/B testing various user experiences to optimize key metrics (Add-to-Cart Rate, Checkout Rate, Login Rate, AOV, Share of Wallet, etc.).
  • Deeply analytical and data-driven decision-making experience, including SQL proficiency.
  • Experience leveraging latest AI technologies to accelerate the product development cycle.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, demonstrating deep empathy for stakeholders and users.
  • Ideal Candidate Has: Experience with ACH Processing and bank payment experiences.
You’ll Get…

We are targeting a starting salary of $149,000 - $201,000 based on the intended level for this role.

In addition to cash compensation, our total rewards package includes:

  • Full medical benefits including dental and vision plans to ensure you always have the best care.
  • Equity packages in the form of stock options to all employees.
  • Technology (hardware, software, reading materials, etc..) allowance
  • Flexible vacation and sick days
