Company Description

The High-Performance AI and Compute (HPAC) product line—part of the Performance Computing Power (PCP) division—develops high‑performance digital multiphase voltage regulator solutions for AI, cloud infrastructure, data centers, and emerging computing markets. 

As Senior Product Manager for the HPAC product line, you will own the complete product lifecycle for a selected family of digital multiphase products.  These include digital multiphase controllers, smart power stages and/or modules.  You will establish product visions, define market strategy, champion customer needs, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class power management products that set industry standards. 

Job Description

  • Product Strategy & Planning 

  • Define product strategy, roadmap, and portfolio for target markets (AI, servers, data centers, networking, telecom, and computing) 

  • Conduct competitive analysis and monitor market dynamics to inform strategic positioning 

  • Develop business cases and market requirements documents for new product concepts 

  • Identify and recommend features that keep our portfolio at the cutting edge 

  • Product Development & Delivery 

  • Partner with applications engineering, design, product engineering and test engineering teams to develop and launch products 

  • Provide clear direction to the product development team, fostering collaboration and innovation 

  • Ensure alignment between engineering execution and market requirements 

  • Go-to-Market & Sales 

  • Develop compelling sales collateral, customer presentations, and competitive analysis 

  • Create customer-facing documentation that clearly communicates value proposition and differentiation 

  • Manage pricing strategy, quotes, and cost structures for assigned products 

  • Cross-Functional Leadership 

  • Collaborate with peer product managers to define integrated, end-to-end solutions 

  • Stay current with technology trends and emerging market needs to inform decision-making 

  • Work effectively with distributed teams across multiple global offices 

  • Documentation & Communication 

  • Develop comprehensive product documentation, training materials, application notes, and technical errata 

  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messages for diverse audiences 

Qualifications

  • BSEE or related fields with 10+ years of experience in marketing and/or product management of power semiconductor products.  MSEE or MBA is a plus. 

  • Understanding of power management applications and products. 

  • Proven success bringing multiple products to market and driving revenue growth 

  • Deep experience in data center, server, cloud infrastructure, networking, telecom, or computing markets 

  • Knowledge of power semiconductor market dynamics, customer requirements, and competitive landscape 

  • High energy, self-motivated, and go-getter attitude. 

  • Excellent written and oral communications skills.  Ability to present complex concepts in a clear, concise and effective way.  

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.  Ability to work effectively with teams located in multiple offices around the world. 

  • Ability to collaborate and be effective in a fast-paced environment.
