Think you're a fit for SAI360? As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving product strategy and execution for SAI360's Governance, Risk, and Compliance platform. You will represent the Product organization in customer-facing meetings, presentations, and webinars while helping shape product innovation, market positioning, sales enablement initiatives, and go-to-market strategies. This global role contributes to product strategy and execution across multiple geographies, with particular focus on North America. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, partners, and customers to deliver solutions that address evolving compliance, regulatory, risk, assurance, and operational resilience needs.

What you'll do: • Develop and continually refine understanding of buyers' challenges, needs, competitors, buying stages, and product usage.
• Perform analysis to support initiatives that increase market share.
• Develop effective product positioning and messaging based on customer, market, and competitive insights.
• Conduct industry trend analysis, competitive analysis, and win/loss tracking to identify key differentiators.
• Work across the Product organization to drive innovation, prioritize requirements, and validate product delivery.
• Increase win rates through sales enablement tools, product comparisons, playbooks, solution sheets, and success stories.
• Deliver sales training and scripting that connects customer needs to product capabilities.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to identify and remove training-related obstacles in the sales funnel.
• Work with Product Marketing to plan and promote successful product launches.
• Represent SAI360 and the Product Team through customer meetings, presentations, and webinars.
• Build business cases and communicate product value to partners, customers, sales teams, and senior leaders.
What you'll bring to the table: • Hands-on AI Product Management mindset and strong utilization of AI in product management practices.
• Minimum of eight years of experience in risk management, audit, compliance, or controls functions.
• Minimum of two years of B2B product management or product marketing experience, preferably within the GRC software industry.
• Strong understanding of Compliance, Risk, Control, Audit, and Resilience frameworks, including SOX, ISO31000, IIA, ISAE, SSAE, and related standards.
• Ability to create concise and compelling messaging that improves buyer interactions across multiple channels.
• Experience collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Product Management organizations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Self-starter mentality with strong initiative and ownership.
• Collaborative approach and ability to thrive in dynamic environments.

 
In the interest of Pay Transparency, the base salary range for this position is $125,000 - $150,000 USD annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus or commission. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
