As a Senior Product Manager at Stord, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how modern warehouses operate. You’ll partner with fulfillment teams, engineering, and GTM stakeholders to deliver solutions that improve critical operational metrics such as throughput, accuracy, and efficiency. Your work will span both internal initiatives that streamline operations and external-facing SaaS products that empower brands and 3PLs at scale.
We’re seeking a candidate with strong experience in e-commerce SaaS—ideally across revenue/conversion, retention, cross-border commerce, and post-purchase domains. In this role, you’ll own the full product lifecycle: analyzing customer needs and market dynamics, building and executing a product strategy and roadmap, and driving adoption through close collaboration across the organization. This is a high-visibility position with direct responsibility for a core product in Stord’s offering, giving you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our customers and business growth.

What You’ll Do
  • Engage with Stord’s early adopters and broader customer base to uncover pain points, value drivers, and ideal product capabilities that inform and prioritize the roadmap.

  • Build a deep understanding of the market landscape to identify differentiation opportunities, competitive advantages, and strategic levers to win.

  • Define and own the product roadmap—scoping, capturing, and documenting clear requirements in partnership with engineering and design.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, GTM, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software quickly and successfully.

  • Drive rapid iteration, adoption, and growth by ensuring products deliver measurable value to customers and the business.

  • Create clear, scalable documentation to support customers, technical users, and internal teams in driving adoption and positive customer experiences.

  • Continuously prioritize initiatives based on customer needs, company goals, market dynamics, and key KPIs.

  • Leverage both quantitative and qualitative research to inform decisions and sharpen product strategy.

  • Act as the champion of the customer, translating insights into innovative solutions.

  • Help shape product processes and contribute to building a strong, collaborative product culture.

What You’ll Need
  • High ownership mindset and self-starter attitude, with the ability to turn complex problems into actionable solutions.

  • Experience taking ideas from concept to launch in a fast-paced, scrappy environment.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate user needs, product value, and engineering scope.

  • Demonstrated track record of driving product innovation and adoption.

  • Passion for e-commerce and solving challenges across the consumer shopping experience.

  • Strong prioritization skills with the ability to make trade-offs and tough decisions.

  • Independent yet highly collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.

  • Analytical mindset with a mix of strategic thinking, user empathy, and business acumen.

  • Prior startup experience; bonus points for founding experience.

  • Background in e-commerce SaaS and hands-on involvement across the product lifecycle, including roadmap development, GTM, and adoption.

  • Technical proficiency and familiarity with software development processes.
