About the Senior Product Manager, Partnerships Position

The Senior Product Manager, Partnerships will own the product strategy for how 360 Legal brings partnerships to market across our family of brands. This role will define and scale our portfolio of partner integration models and determine the right solution for each partnership based on customer experience, commercial opportunity, technical complexity, and long-term scalability.

Working closely with Business Development, this role oversees the partnership product lifecycle from discovery and technical scoping through prioritization, integration, launch, iteration, and scaling. Just as importantly, they will turn what we learn from individual partnerships into reusable capabilities, playbooks, and integration patterns that allow 360 Legal to launch future partners faster and with less custom development.

The Senior Product Manager, Partnerships will serve as a key bridge between external partners and internal Product, Engineering, Legal, Marketing, Analytics, and Operations teams to ensure partnership opportunities can be successfully implemented, launched, and expanded.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the strategy for how 360 Legal integrates with enterprise partners, defining repeatable integration models that balance partner flexibility with scalable platform capabilities.
  • Build and continuously improve the partnership implementation playbook, including integration standards, solution patterns, partner requirements, documentation, launch processes, and reusable tools that reduce time and effort for each subsequent integration.
  • Partner with Business Development during the sales and solutioning process, helping prospective partners understand our integration options, recommending the right approach, and shaping solutions that are both commercially compelling and technically scalable.
  • Design the right integration model for each partner, balancing business objectives, customer experience, implementation complexity, and long-term maintainability.
  • Define and evolve a portfolio of integration capabilities—including referral experiences, embedded solutions, APIs, data exchanges, authentication, and white-label experiences—creating reusable patterns that accelerate future partner launches.
  • Own the B2B2C product experience, ensuring solutions work effectively for the enterprise partner, 360 Legal, and the end consumer.
  • Drive execution and prioritization, including roadmaps, backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, dependencies, testing, and launch readiness.
  • Measure and optimize partnership performance using customer, partner, operational, and business data to improve adoption, conversion, experience, and overall results.
  • Serve as the Product lead for strategic partnerships, providing product and technical expertise in both internal and partner-facing discussions.

What You’ll Need

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including meaningful experience owning B2B2C, enterprise partnership, platform, or integration products
  • Hands-on experience designing and launching external partner integrations using models such as referral flows, embedded experiences, APIs, data exchanges, or similar B2B2C integration patterns.
  • Experience working directly with external partner product and technical teams from discovery and solution design through implementation, testing, and launch.
  • Strong working knowledge of APIs and modern integration concepts—including REST APIs, authentication, webhooks, data exchange, and embedded experiences—with the ability to participate credibly in technical solutioning conversations without being the engineer implementing the solution.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance individual partner requirements against platform scalability, recognizing when to accommodate a unique need, when to steer a partner toward an existing capability, and when a recurring need warrants investment in a reusable product capability.
  • Strong understanding of product roadmaps, prioritization, discovery, user stories, acceptance criteria, and Agile product development.
  • Ability to work effectively across Product, Engineering, Business Development, Legal, Marketing, Operations, and external partner teams.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and complex cross-functional initiatives.

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role will be measured by:

  • New partners launch in weeks instead of months
  • Most partner requests are satisfied through standardized capabilities rather than one-off custom development
  • Integration documentation and implementation playbooks reduce engineering effort
  • Partners successfully adopt referral, embedded, or API models with measurable business impact
  • A scalable partnership platform that supports growth across all brands
  • Effective cross-functional execution and alignment

Compensation

Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000
