Our mission is to empower people to live more enriched lives by delivering a new standard of advice. By removing asset minimums, we provide holistic planning that goes far beyond investments to address every way money impacts life. This model allows Facet to integrate advice into our members’ entire financial picture—all for an affordable, flat membership fee.

Our commitment to innovation and member success has earned national recognition, including being ranked the #1 Best Financial Advisory Firm 2025 by USA TODAY and named to Newsweek’s list of America’s Top Financial Advisory Firms 2025. With an A+ BBB Rating and a Trustpilot “Excellent” score (as of Sept. 16, 2025), we are proud to be redefining the industry for our members and our team alike.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to help with tooling initiatives — this is a senior role, reporting to the VP of Product.

We are looking for someone who is proficient at building internal tooling, but has a very customer-focused mindset, someone who understands the internal customers, what they value, what drives their decisions and how to shape the best experience for them. Someone who will drive both the ‘why’ and ‘what’.

Previous product management experience in finance is welcome, but not required — yet personal interest in the world of personal finance is a plus.

In this role you’ll need to partner closely with our engineering, design and our internal teams - planning first and foremost - as well as stakeholders such as finance and compliance, to deliver holistic experiences.

AI-forward role:
  • At Facet we are making all Product Roles AI-forward, with expectation that everyone on the team is building AI prototypes, using AI to build requirements and in certain cases can deploy features end-to-end
  • We’ll be conducting live AI coding interviews as a part of our process to make sure all candidates are comfortable with building with AI
What you’ll do:
  • Conduct internal customer research, analyze internal data and competitors to understand what are the experiences we need to build
  • Estimate potential upside, understand resourcing and build cases for investing in various features
  • Prioritize and sequence various features, build product roadmaps based on qualitative and quantitative analysis of the opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to get buy-in and sharpen the understanding
  • Lay out product requirements and see through the execution and product launches, deciding on running certain interventions as features or experiments, and iterate to optimize the experience
  • Own execution end-to-end — including AI prototyping, and doing analysis with the support from the data team
  • Use all of the above to drive business metrics as an ultimate owner of your area

Requirements
  • 7+ years of Product Management experience
  • Interest in personal finance and financial products
  • Builder mindset and the ability to drive large cross-functional initiatives
  • Analytical dexterity, proficiency with data analysis and customer research
  • Strong skills with solution scoping, prioritization and prioritization frameworks
  • Excellent ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Curiosity, open-mindedness and drive for constant learning

Bonus points:

  • Having experience building products or startups from 0 to 1 — we value entrepreneurial spirit and resilience

Benefits
  • $180,000 - $230,000 base salary + bonus determined by the experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant - Please note, our salary ranges are based on current market data. Should you feel strongly that we are not in line, we highly recommend you to reach out and let us know. We are always looking to improve on building the best place for employees.
  • Equity (ISO): it is important to us that all employees are shareholders in our mission
  • Flexible PTO
  • All the benefits: medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with employer match, short and long term disability coverage (paid by Facet), life insurance options and paid parental leave
  • Certification reimbursement program
  • Work from anywhere in the US
